We’re making some exciting changes to our loyalty scheme here at Plaza Cafe & Bistro!

From 1st October 2025, we have moved across to a new loyalty scheme:

​

👉 You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, across all food and drink purchases.

​

This means you’ll start earning rewards faster, whether it’s your favourite brunch dish, a slice of cake, or a glass of wine on music night. And we’re expanding the range of rewards and perks too – more reasons to treat yourself!

 

Because the new scheme will offer different rewards, we gave previous loyalty customers the opportunity to redeem any existing points on the current system with three months notice before the change went live.

 

After 1st October, the value and structure of points will change, and we have managed to migrate across any existing points at a ratio of four new points to each old point.  Your points balance as at midnight 29th September 2025 will be migrated across at the beginning of October.
